Visiting

Located 1.5 hours southeast of Nashville and 3 hours northwest of Atlanta (just outside McMinnville, TN), the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences (iii) is located on 1200 acres of land on Tennessee's spectacular Cumberland Plateau, one of the most biodiverse regions in the South. The Isha Institute of Inner-sciences' environment offers stunning bluff overlooks and broad forested valleys, imposing rock formations and deep caves, as well as streams, waterfalls, and a spring-fed lake.

Visitors are welcome at iii year round.  Please contact iii at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. Register one week in advance for stays of a week or more.  Please contact our office for more information.
